What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, industry, email, and, if you choose, your phone number, website and a description of what you sell. Like most websites, our servers also record basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your demo request, schedule and run your demo, and talk with you about VidBow. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing texts without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and our business, such as hosting, database and email delivery providers, and only as needed for those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to talk with you about VidBow and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you gave us. To make a request, use the demo request form on our homepage and write "Privacy request" in the "What do you sell?" box, or write to us at the address above.
Business use only
This site and VidBow are for businesses. They aren't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
VidBow customers
Conversations between a VidBow agent and a business's own customers are handled under that business's agreement with us and its own privacy practices.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
